The program can perform the following micromagnetic simulations:
* quasistatic (equilibrium magnetization configuration in a given external field) and
* dynamic (time-dependent remagnetization with and without thermal fluctuations)
Additional SPIN-INJECTION module is available on demand.
Simulated system:
* single- and multi- layer elements with and without non-magnetic spacer
* open and periodic boundary conditions
* shape: arbitrary (complicate shapes via user-supplied mask)
* edge effects: edge roughness
* polycrystalline thin film structure
* different or identical grain structure for subsequent layers
* cubic and/or uniaxial random anisotropy of crystal grains
* cubic and/or uniaxial homogeneous anisotropy
* FM or AFM interlayer coupling
* different magnetic parameters for different layers in a multi-layer system
User-related features:
* Simple installation (completely stand-alone tool)
* User-friendly windows-interface for parameter input
* Interactive graphic presentation of results (as arrows, grey- scale or color maps)
* Text output of:
1. All average equilibrium or time-dependent magnetization and energy values
2. Magnetization values for every discretization cell (may be also time-dependent)
* Graphic output of magnetization configurations
* Full OnLine help
